Below are Elliott’s SELECTS:
Post-apocalyptic madness. Jean-Pierre’s world-building and production design are on point. Big style influence on me when I started making short films. Brilliant.
You have got to love Nine Inch Nails. Dirty, perverse, iconic.
Such a dope commercial. Jealous I didn’t make it.
Club scene, blood, strobe lights, Wesley Snipes being a badass. So f*cking good.
Just relentlessly f*cked up in the best way. It makes you feel weird about being human.
It’s like being dragged through a dream that turns into a nightmare while on acid. I remember watching it and thinking, “Holy sh*t, how the hell did he do that shot?” The mirror scene just hit hard and felt uncomfortably relatable.
Chaos and gluttony. It’s disgusting, and I love it.
Rollercoaster sensory overload.
Haunted my childhood nightmares, in the best way.
Feels like falling into a f*cked-up universe. Hypnotic and weirdly emotional.
